Calderstone Productions

Calderstone Productions is the subsidiary of Universal Music Group based in London which owns the copyright to The Beatles recorded music output that was originally owned by EMI and was retained by Universal Music when it spun off Parlophone Records which originally issued Beatle recordings. Calderstone also administers solo recordings Apple Records originally issued by John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr.[1] Paul McCartney controls his own Apple recordings through his company MPL Communications. Calderstone was founded in 2012 as Beatles Holdco Limited and was renamed Calderstone Productions shortly afterwards[2]
