Borealin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CDCA8 gene.[3][4][5]
Function
CDCA8 is a component of a chromosomal passenger complex required for stability of the bipolar mitotic spindle.[5][6]
Interactions
CDCA8 has been shown to interact with INCENP,[6] Survivin[4][6] and Aurora B kinase.[4][6]
