C. Smith (full name and dates of birth and death unknown) was an English cricketer. Smith's batting style is unknown.

Smith made a single appearance in first-class cricket for Sheffield against Manchester in 1846 at Hyde Park Ground, Sheffield.[1] In a match which Manchester won by an innings and 37 runs, Smith was dismissed twice for a duck, in Sheffield's first-innings by Arthur Girling and in their second by John Sherman.[2]
