C.E.K. Mees Medal

The C.E.K. Mees Medal recognizes individuals that exemplify that "optics transcends all boundaries." The award is named after Charles Edward Kenneth Mees the founder of the Research Laboratories at Eastman Kodak. This award was instituted by The Optical Society in 1962.
