Buzhok (Ukrainian: Бужок) is a village (selo) in Zolochiv Raion, Lviv Oblast, in western Ukraine. Is a village about 14.5 kilometers southeast of Zolochiv. Its population is 529 people. The village refers to Bilokaminskoyi village council. [1]
The first registers dated from 1781. [2]
The village was a struggle with alcohol abuse before the First World War. Priests F. Tarnavskyi, I. Medynsky, Gregory Kosar, Longin Tarnavskyi have struggled with alcoholism. Villagers have stopped to drink vodka and taverns were closed.
