Buturlinovsky District (Russian: Бутурли́новский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[3] district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Voronezh Oblast, Russia. It is located in the center of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,802 square kilometers (696 sq mi).[4]Its administrative center is the town of Buturlinovka.[1] Population: 52,575 (2010 Census);[5] 57,204(2002 Census);[8] 60,915(1989 Census).[9] The population of Buturlinovka accounts for 51.8% of the district's total population.[5]
