Burkhard Lischka

Burkhard Lischka (born 1 February 1965) is a German politician and lawyer. He is a member of the Bundestag, serving since 2009 and representing the Social Democratic Party of Germany. He served as Secretary of State in the Ministry of Justice in the State of Saxony-Anhalt from 2006 to 2009.[1]

He serves as a member of the Committee on Home Affairs, of the intelligence oversight committee and of the German Parliamentary Committee investigating the NSA spying scandal.[1]
