Burgos (Sardinian: Su Burgu) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sassari in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 130 kilometres (81 mi) north of Cagliari and about 50 kilometres (31 mi) southeast of Sassari. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,023 and an area of 18.3 square kilometres (7.1 sq mi).[1]
Burgos borders the following municipalities: Bottidda, Esporlatu, Illorai.
