Bukit Panjang Bus Interchange is a bus interchange serving Bukit Panjang New Town, Singapore. It is diagonally opposite Bukit Panjang Plaza. The nearest station is the Bukit Panjang LRT/MRT Stations.
The bus interchange served directly by existing LRT station and the existing Downtown Line MRT Station.
History
From 16 December 2012 to 4 September 2017, all services originating from the current bus interchange had been re-routed, as it has been closed to make way for the development of the Bukit Panjang Integrated Transport Hub (ITH).[1][2][3]
The new ITH will open on 4 September 2017 as part of the Bukit Panjang Integrated Transport Hub. Services 75, 184 and 700 will be staying in the temporary bus park, whereas services 177, 180 and 983 will continue to be looping services. All of the routes that are either terminating at Bukit Panjang Temporary Bus Park or the interchange itself will come under Choa Chu Kang-Bukit Panjang Bus Package.[4][5][6][7][8]
