Budislav is a village and municipality (obec) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.84 square kilometres (3.41 sq mi), and has a population of 412 (as at 28 August 2006).
Budislav lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Tábor, 45 km (28 mi) north-east of České Budějovice, and 94 km (58 mi) south of Prague.
