Buckinghorse River is a river in Canada. It is located in the province of British Columbia, in the central part of the country, 3 400 km west of capital city of Ottawa. In the area around the Buckinghorse River grows mainly pine forests. The neighborhood around the Buckinghorse River is almost uninhabited, with less than two inhabitants per square kilometre. The neighborhood is part of the boreal climate zones. The average annual temperature in the area is-1 ° C.
