The Bryant Creek State Park is a new Missouri state park under development. The 2,917 acre state park is located along Bryant Creek of south central Douglas County southeast of Ava in the Ozarks of southern Missouri.[1][2]
The park will include about two miles of the meandering channel of Bryant Creek and the dolomite and sandstone bluffs along the river. The parks includes oak and pine forested land adjacent to the river. The park will provide trails for hiking and areas for camping, picnicking and nature study.[1][2]
