Bronwyn is an English language feminine given name, which is an anglicized variant of the Welsh name Bronwen, meaning bron ("breast") and gwen ("white, fair, blessed)".[1][2] Because the suffix -wyn is grammatically masculine in Welsh, Bronwyn is generally only used in the English-speaking world outside Wales.
