The British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) is the professional body for the licensed retail industry.
The BII is a registered charity whose remit is to raise professional standards across the sector.[3] BII achieves this in a number of ways, including the development and awarding of qualifications specifically for the sector and available through BIIAB. Any profit generated by BIIAB is covenanted to BII, to support its charitable aims.
