Brington is a civil parish in the Daventry district of the county of Northamptonshire in England. At the time of the 2001 census, the parish population was 482 people,[1] increasing to 496 at the 2011 census.[2]

History

In the time of William the Conqueror, Brington appears as the manor of Brinintone within the Hundred of Nobottle,[3] one of many possessions of William Peverel.
