The East Side (E/$) Bounty Hunter Bloods (ESBHB), widely known as the Bounty Hunter Bloods, is a Bloods subset based out of Watts, Los Angeles, California and formed in 1969. Originally known as the Green Jackets, it is believed that Gary Barker and Lavelle "Smiley" Plunkett was very influential during the Bounty Hunters' beginnings. Bobby Jack was also one of the founding members. The BelHaven Bounty Hunters formed around 1976 to the west of Central Avenue.[1]

Covering an area of 6.54 square kilometers of California territory, the Bounty Hunter Bloods are the largest black gang in Watts. Bounty Hunters has also expanded to other cities and countries across the world including Georgia, Detroit, Fresno California,Belize, Ecuador, New York, Cleveland, Canton, Baltimore, Salt Lake City, Brazil, New Zealand, New Jersey, Dominican Republic, Virginia, Colombia, Chattanooga, Tennessee, Texas, and North Carolina, Georgia.
