Bobby "Bob" Ritter (born March 24, 1960) is an American football coach. He is current head football coach at Middlebury College. He took over in 2001 after the retirement of Mickey Heinecken. Through the 2015 season, Ritter has compiled a 75–45 record and won two New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) championships, in 2007 and 2013.
