Blue of Ham

Blue of Ham rabbits, also known as Blue of Hem, is a rare, domestic breed large rabbit originating from Ham-sur-Heure in Belgium. This makes them the only rabbit breed originating from the French-speaking Walloon region. It was almost deemed extinct in the 1960s. They were originally bred for consumption and their quality fur but are now; mainly due to their rarity; often kept as pets or used in shows. It weighs up to 12 lb and is of the dark blue variety[1]
