The black-collared bulbul (Neolestes torquatus) is a species of songbird in the family Pycnonotidae. It is monotypic within the genus Neolestes.[2] It is found in Angola, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Rwanda, and Zambia. Its natural habitat is dry savanna.[1]
