Billy Richards (1905 – ) was a Welsh international footballer. He was part of the Wales national football team, playing 1 match on 7 December 1932 against Ireland.[1] At club level, he competed for Wolverhampton Wanderers and Fulham. For Fulham he played between 1931 and 1935 82 matches, scoring 15 goals.
