Billy Oswald was a Scottish footballer who played professionally in Scotland, England and the United States.
In July 1923, Oswald signed with St Johnstone F.C., then moved to Dundee United F.C. in July 1925, and then Brighton and Hove Albion F.C. in August 1926. In 1928, he joined Providence F.C. in the American Soccer League. He briefly played for Fall River F.C. and the New York Yankees in 1931.
