Bill O'Hagan
Bill O'Hagan (4 June 1944 – 15 May 2013) was a journalist on the Daily Telegraph and a butcher, known for his virtuosity in the making of top-quality sausages. He is known for leading the British sausage renaissance of the 1980's.[1][2]
