Bill Lucas (athlete)
Bill Lucas DFC (born 16 January 1917) is a British former long-distance runner who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics.[1] Prior to the 2012 Summer Olympics Lucas was noted as Britain's oldest living Olympian.[2][3] He served as a bomber pilot with the Royal Air Force in the Second World War. He turned 100 in January 2017.[4]
