Bilge Kul Qadir Khan was born to the Tengri Karluk Karakhanids, and he was the first Khan of Karakhanid dynasty in present-day Kazakhstan of the Karakhanid dynasty. He reigned until his death in 893, and his son Bazir Arslan Khan succeeded him.
