Bible University is a free of charge private, online, non-profit, distance educational, Christian, seminary. All course material is completed online. Both students and faculty live in many different countries. Bible University grants Bachelor Degrees to Doctorate degrees.[1]
Academics
Bible University awards seven degrees:
- 1. Certificate of Biblical Studies
- 2. Bachelor of Biblical Studies
- 3. Bachelor of Ministry
- 4. Master of Biblical Studies
- 5. Master of Ministry
- 6. Doctor of Biblical Studies
- 7. Doctor of Ministry
Certain prerequisites are required for admission to each field of study.[2]
Accreditation
Bible University is a theological institution that is not accredited and does not plan to seek accreditation, and is officially exempt from the state regulation of Missouri.[3] Bible University was awarded official status as an Exempt Religious School on October 27, 2011 according to Sections 173.600 through 173.619.2, RSMo, by the Missouri Department of Higher Education (MDHE), Jefferson City, Missouri, USA. It is registered as a nonprofit organization in the State of Missouri, with registration number N01119879 awarded February 17, 2011 by the Secretary of State of Missouri.[4]
