Bharauliis a medium size village of Saharsa district, Kahara Blocks, Diwari Panchayats. one end of the village, there is a Krishna Temple (Thakurbadi) and at the other end there is a Ram Temple (Ram Mandir). There are also three Shiv and Hanuman Temples. Most celebrated festival are Ram Navmi, Dussehra, Diwali.[1][2]

The village has 427 families residing. The Bharauli village has population of 1905 of which 1044 are males while 861 are females as per Population Census 2011.
