Beringraja is a genus of skates in the Rajidae family with two described species. They were included in Raja until 2012.[1] These large skates are found in the North Pacific.[2]

There are six species in the genus:[2][3]
- Big skate (Beringraja binoculata) (Girard, 1855)
- Cortez' ray (Beringraja cortezensis) (McEachran & Miyake, 1988)
- California ray (Beringraja inornata) (D. S. Jordan & C. H. Gilbert, 1881)
- Longnose skate (Beringraja rhina) (Jordan and Gilbert, 1880)
- Mottled skate (Beringraja pulchra) (Liu, 1932)
- Starry skate (Beringraja stellulata) D. S. Jordan & C. H. Gilbert, 1880
