Belmont railway station is a proposed station on the Forrestfield-Airport Link in Perth, Western Australia. To be operated by Transperth, it will be in the Redcliffe suburb.[1][2]

Originally proposed that the station be within the airport boundaries east of Dunreath Drive, in September 2014 it was revealed that the station would be approximately 14 mile (0.4 km) to the west, under Brearley Avenue.[3]

The station will include a bus interchange and 500-1,000 car parking spaces.[1]

The proposed station, originally called Airport West, is now called Belmont. It will be the first railway station to service the Belmont area for over 60 years, since the previous Belmont railway station closed in 1956.

Services & platforms

Belmont will be served by Transperth services operating from Perth to Forrestfield.
