Basil Ivanhoe Gooden (born September 14, 1964) is the current Virginia Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry under Governor Terry McAuliffe. He previously served twelve years as Chief Deputy Director of the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.[1][2]
