Barkley Miguel Panzo (born 9 September 1992 in Paris) is a French Professional footballer who currently plays as a striker and winger for Syrianska FC[1] in Superettan and the Angolan national team.[2]

Club career

Barkley started his career in the Île-de-France when he was very young, playing in the street and for a small team near his mother's house.

At 13 years old he was selected to attend the Sannois academy and play for AC Boulogne-Billancourt. He had to left his family and friends in order to work hard and to find them on weekends only. He spent three years there before leaving for the Czech Republic and signed for the youth side of the 2nd division club FK Baník Most[3] in 2008.

The young striker moved to England in 2009 and joined the London club Queens Park Rangers on a three-year deal. In 2012, he signed for Woking F.C.[4] on a season-long loan. During his loan, the club were promoted to the Conference Premier.

Panzo returned to France in 2013, to sign for Sarlat Marcillac F.C. on a one-year deal; he played 14 games, scoring 7 goals. The following year he switched clubs again, this time joining the Championnat de France Amateur side AS Moulins,[5] who were eliminated in the quarter-finals of the 2012–13 Coupe de France[6] by the Ligue 1 club Angers SCO.

In summer 2014 he joined AC Brévinois,[7] where he scored 17 goals in 22 games.

Following his productive season, Panzo was called up to the Angola national football team[8] for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualification campaign[9] in Gabon. After a good campaign, Panzo signed for TVEC Les Sables-d'Olonne.[10]

US Orléans


After a fruitful season the striker joined the Ligue 2 club US Orléans on a year-long deal.[11] He played 21 games for the clubs scoring 6 goals and giving 7 assist

Syrianska Football Club


On the 19th of june 2017, Panzo sign in Superettan for the Syrianska Football Club [12] in Sweden .

Panzo was born in France to both parents of Angolan descent. He was called up in June 2015 to play for the Angola national football team for the upcoming 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualification matches.

Panzo describes himself as a moderately practising Christian, he believe in God, Jesus and the Bible.[13]

Sponsorship

In 2016, Panzo sign a sponsorship deal with a Swedish watch company, Daniel Wellington. He appeared in an advert for the Brand. He also had a spornsorhip deal with Natural Mojo[14] or Le petit lunetier [15] a brand of glasses based in France.
