Mankon or Bafut Airport (IATA: BPC, ICAO: FKKV) is an airport serving Bamenda,[2] the capital of the Northwest Province in Cameroon.

The Bamenda Airport was reopened to domestic flights on July 20, 2017 and will operate three flights a week. Flights from Yaounde through Douala every Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays with the return flights the same day.[4] Camair-Co[5]

The Bamenda Airport also serves as a military airbase for the Cameroonian Airforce. It's the operating headquarters of the 202 Airforce base. The base has two operational helicopters and regular military flights. There is a military camp just before the airport operated by Cameroon's elite force the BIR.[6]
