Balila (dish)
Balila (Arabic: بليلة) is a dish from the Levant. It consists of boiled chickpeas mixed with garlic, salt, cuminl and olive oil. It is usually served as a hot mezze dish. Baliala is also name of a different Egyptian dish Made of wheat germs and milk sweetened with sugar decorated with nuts it's famous especially in winter.
