Bal Dattatreya Tilak (Marathi: बाळ दत्तात्रेय टिळक) (26 September 1918 – 25 May 1999) was an Indian chemical engineer and a director for National Chemical Laboratory. [1] [2]
He was awarded the Padma Bhushan, third highest civilian honour of India by the President of India, in 1972.[3]
