She faced many hardships and rejections at every step of the road. Left with no other option Fauzia set out to create a name for herself on social media. The series start with a beautiful, free spirited young girl called Fauzia (Saba Qamar), getting her younger brother (whom she is closest too) ready for school and then helping her mother with household chores whilst her father is at work. Later in the day, she is dancing dreamily to a classic Punjabi song "Mera Laung Gawacha" at a wedding. Everyone enjoys her lovely dance at the wedding a lot, except for Esma (Nadia Afghan), Fauzia's sister-in-law, who later tells Fauzia's brother about it with a lot of exaggeration. Fauzia's brother Faheem (Sarmad Khoosat) is outraged by the news and he comes out to chasten Fauzia about it, however, Fauzia is saved by her father (Irfan Khoosat). It is revealed that Fauzia is the apple of her father's eye. Fauzia lives a carefree life where she has no worries and has a lot of dreams. She is shown to be a die-heart fan of Noor Jehan and aspires to be a famous singer like her. Fauzia has a train of boys crazy for her but she is not interested in anyone of them and often beats boys up when they try to flirt with her. She also has a close friend whom she spends a lot of time with. Meanwhile, Esma's brother is trying his best to try and get Fauzia's proposal. Fauzia goes to a cosmetic shop owned by Abid ( Ali Kazmi ) who is smitten by Fauzia's looks but is too shy to praise her beauty. Fauzia also seems to like him. Fauzia wants to get a lipstick , but realizes that she does not have enough money for it. Seeing this, Abid gives her the lipstick without any payment which pleasantly shows Fauzia that Abid likes her back. | |||||
