BN Vijaya Kumar is the MLA of the Jaynagar Constituency of Bangalore.

Biography

B N Vijaykumar, son of the Late B.N. Narayan, was born in October 1958. He completed schooling in HAL School and RV High School, and graduated in BE Civil Engineering from the BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. He joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in 1990.

As a committed BJP member, he has shouldered many responsibilities in building and growth of the party in Bangalore. He was General Secretary of Bangalore City BJP for almost 12 years. Currently, he is representing Jayanagar Assembly Constituency. He is also President of BJP for Bangalore city unit. He has been successfully elected for 3 times in a row as MLA from Jayanagar Constituency.

He has started many developmental projects in his constituency.

He has also started Shaikshanika Samithi which helps students by giving them extra tuitions for their school and college syllabus.

He has also started foreign language classes to help citizens explore international opportunities.
