Böhmer integral

There are two versions, given by

\displaystyle C(x,\alpha) = \int_x^\infty t^{\alpha-1}\cos(t) \, dt

\displaystyle S(x,\alpha) = \int_x^\infty t^{\alpha-1}\sin(t) \, dt
