The Australian Journal of Chemistry is an international peer-reviewed scientific journal published by CSIRO Publishing. It is a multidisciplinary journal for the chemical sciences, publishing original, primary research and review articles on all aspects of chemistry. The journal includes inter alia synthesis, structure, new materials, macromolecules and polymers, supramolecular chemistry, analytical, natural products, biological and medicinal chemistry, nanotechnology and surface chemistry.

The journal is supported by the Australian Academy of Science and is affiliated with the Royal Australian Chemical Institute.

The current Editors-in-Chief are George Koutsantonis (University of Western Australia) and John Wade (University of Melbourne).
