Associação Desportiva Cultural e Recreativa Ponta d’Pom, also as Ponte de Pom (Capeverdean Crioulo, ALUPEC or ALUPEK: Ponta di Pon, Ponti di Pon, Asosiason Disportiba Kultural e Rikreativa Ponta di Pon) is a football club that had plays in the São Vicente Island League in Cape Verde and currently plays at the São Vicente Second Division. It is based in Ponte de Pom in the southeast of the city of Mindelo in the island of São Vicente .

History

The club first played in the regional competitions in 2008 and played in its inaugural Second Division. The club won the silver championship, the second Division and qualified for the first time into the Premier Division and played for just a season, they finished last. In 2010, they finished first in the Second Division for the last time and played in the Premier Division, the club competed for the next few season and had a moderate position, the club was 7th place in the 2014 season and faced Salamansa in two promotional matches, the first one was a goal draw and the second was a 1-3 loss played on April 30 and was relegated, along with the Fogo one, it was one of the recent division decisional matches where the club was relegated. The club played for the Second Division. In 2017, the club finished runner up behind Castilho and got a chance to return to the Premier Division, they faced 7th placed Salamansa, the first leg had a goal draw. On May 14, Ponta d'Pom still had a chance to return, it faded as the other club scored 1-0 and Ponta d'Pom was kept in the Second Division for the following season.
