Assis Giovanaz (born 24 October 1989) is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Leixões in the Segunda Liga

Career

Born in Garibaldi, Giovanaz started is youth career at América Mineiro, finishing it in Portugal, at Belenenses. He made his professional debut at 13 February 2010 for Belenenses in an away loss against Benfica.[1]

After Belenenses, he joined Vitória Guimarães on 12 July 2012, going on loan on two occasions.[2][3] and spending some time in their B-team, joining their first team for the better part of 2014–15. Assis joined Leixões on 7 July 2016, after his contract with Guimarães expired.[4]
