Asqar Quanyshuly Zhumaghaliyev (Kazakh: Асқар Қуанышұлы Жұмағалиев; born 2 August 1978) was the Deputy Minister for Investment and Development of Kazakhstan. As of May 2015, he is the chief executive officer of Kazatomprom, Kazakhstan's uranium mining company.[1]
