Ashley Matthew Hunter (born 29 September 1995) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Fleetwood Town.

Playing career

Hunter joined Northern Premier League side Ilkeston after being released by Burton Albion in summer 2014. After starring for Ilkeston's Under 21 side (scoring 13 goals in his 7 appearances) he made an immediate impact in the first team, scoring five goals playing as a winger. He was signed by League One side Fleetwood Town for a "sizeable fee" in January 2015.[2]
