Arturs Neikšāns (born March 16, 1983, Valka) is a Latvian chess Grandmaster (2012)[2] and FIDE Trainer (2012).

He three times won the Latvian Chess Championship in 1999, 2011 and 2015. Arturs Neikšāns has been crowned a city champion of two cities: Valka in 1998 and Jelgava in 1999. He won in the Baltic Sea Junior Championship, held in Tallinn in 2001[3] and Aivars Gipslis Memorial tournament, held in Riga in 2002. International Master from 2001. In 2010 he divided 3rd place in 15th Open Balaguer tournament (Spain).[4]
