Arthur F. Earley (c. 1926 – June 9, 1981) was a former Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He was the first black member of congress elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from his district. He served in World War II as well as the Korean war in the Marine Corps. [3] He died of a heart attack in 1981.
