Arthur Binks was an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1920s, and 1930s, playing at representative level for England, and at club level for Wigan, as a stand-off/five-eighth, or scrum-half/halfback, i.e. number 6, or 7.

Arthur Binks played stand-off/five-eighth in Wigan's 5-4 victory over Widnes in the 1928 Lancashire County Cup Final during the 1928–29 season at Wilderspool Stadium, Warrington on Saturday 24 November 1928.[3]
