- Lewis Arquette (December 14, 1935 – February 10, 2001) – movie actor, son of Cliff Arquette and father of the Arquette children

- Rosanna Arquette (August 10, 1959) – movie actress
- Richmond Arquette (August 21, 1963) – movie actor
- Patricia Arquette (April 8, 1968) – movie and TV actress
- Alexis Arquette (July 28, 1969 – September 11, 2016) – movie actress

- James Newton Howard (June 9, 1951) – composer and orchestrator, ex-husband to Rosanna (1986–87)

- Thomas Jane – actor, ex-husband to Patricia (2006–2010). They have one child, Harlow.
- Courteney Cox (June 15, 1964) – movie and TV actress, ex-wife to David (1999–2013), (separated 2010). They have one child, Coco.
