Archis Tiku (born 6 May 1977 in Bombay, India) is a retired bass guitarist, best known as a founding member of British indie rock band Maxïmo Park.[1]
Biography
Archis moved to the UK with his family when he was one year old. He grew up in Wigan and attended Bolton School. In 1995 he moved to Newcastle upon Tyne to study medicine at Newcastle University.[2]
After not playing live with the band for almost five years, Tiku's retirement was confirmed by the band via Twitter in 2017.
