Anwar Hadid (/həˈdiːd/ huh-deed; born June 22, 1999)[2] is an American fashion model and TV personality. He was signed to IMG Models in 2016.[3]

Life and career

Anwar Hadid is the son of Palestinian real estate developer Mohamed Hadid and Dutch-American television personality and model Yolanda Hadid. His mother is a Dutch-born American, and his father is Palestinian-American.[4] He has two sisters, models Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid. Hadid was born on June 22, 1999. Hadid also has two half sisters from his father's previous marriage.[5][6][7] Hadid and his siblings were originally raised on a ranch in Santa Barbara and then moved out to Malibu while he was still in elementary school. He attended Malibu High School and Westmark School, playing on the football and soccer teams.

Hadid made his modeling debut in the October 2015 issue of Nylon Magazine. He was on the cover of Teen Vogue in June/July 2016. In January 2017, he was named the face of Hugo Boss Menswear's HUGO line.[8] Hadid walked in the Zadig & Voltaire New York Fashion Week in February 2017.[9] He is signed with the agency IMG Models, as well as his sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid.[10] He starred on the cover of Teen Vogue June/July 2016 alongside Cameron Dallas and was on the YOUths fashion editorail for Paper Magazine in April.[11][12]

Hadid has appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.[13]

Personal life

Hadid is in a relationship with the actress Nicola Peltz.[14]
