Anupama is a 1981 Indian Kannada language romance-drama film directed by Renuka Sharma and written by Vietnam Veedu Sundaram.[1] The film starred Anant Nag and Madhavi in the lead roles.[2] The film had the successful score and soundtrack composed by C. Ashwath and L. Vaidyanathan.

Release
The film was released in 1981 all over Karnataka. The film met with wide positive response and was a musical hit at the box-office.
Soundtrack
All the songs are composed and scored by Ashwath - Vaidi with the lyrics by Doddarangegowda.[3] The songs "Barthaale Kanasina Rani" and "Olume Poojegende" were instant hits and considered as evergreen songs in Kannada cinema.
