"Another Rainy Night (Without You)" is a song by progressive metal band Queensrÿche appearing on their 1990 album Empire.
On August 14, 2014 at a concert in Charlotte, NC singer Geoff Tate revealed the story behind the song. Tate explained that the band members on stage, at least himself anyway, were from Seattle. And that it "rains a lot there." And that "one night I wrote song about it" and called it "Another Rainy Night."
