Culinary career

Anna Polyviou[1] began her culinary career in 2000 at Hotel Sofitel in Melbourne, where she won the best Apprentice in Victoria competition organised by run by Les Toques Blanc. Which offered her a scholarship to work anywhere in the world. She chose The Claridges Hotel in London to embrace her culinary dream. While studying and working in London, Anna[2] continued to take part in numerous competitions and also won Award of Excellence for best dessert in UK.
